This week, I had the opportunity to join a panel discussion at GreenBiz Group's VERGE 20 online conference, "How to Serve Great Food and Cut Emissions at the Same Time."

Other panelists included: David Havelick, Sustainability Manager, Harvard University and Edwina Hughes, Engagement Specialist, World Resources Institute. Verge20 is the leading platform for accelerating the clean economy. Nearly 10,000 leaders participated in advancing systemic solutions to address the climate crisis.
